Return Policy


At Rubber Room Apparel, we want you to love your gear. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:


✅ Eligibility

       - Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.

       - Must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

       - Tags (if any) should still be attached.

       - Final sale, clearance, or custom items are not eligible for return.


🔄 Exchanges

      - Need a different size? No problem.

      - Email us at support@rubberroomapparel.com with your order # and request.

      - We’ll hold the correct size for you once your return scans in.


💰 Refunds

      - Refunds go back to your original payment method.

      - Processing takes 3–7 business days after we inspect your return.

      - Shipping costs are non-refundable.


⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Items

      - If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos.

      - We’ll replace it or refund you at no cost.


📬 How to Start a Return

       1. Email support@rubberroomapparel.com with your order # and reason.

       2. We’ll reply with instructions.

       3. Ship the item back in secure packaging.

        - We’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.

        - If the wrong address was entered at checkout, additional postage may apply for reshipping.

Meet Pota, my little homie. Even though he looks like a potato he was my friend. I made him with googly eyes and a marker! Then I went away to padded cell land and yep, he was abandoned. But in a sheer stroke of luck, I met Willie. Who the heck is Willie you say? He was the guard on night duty. So, I asked Willie, "Will You Bring Pota to Me?". I asked him for weeks over and over. I was starting to sound insane! I told him I had a potato friend. He Thought I lost it or something. Eventually Willie gave in and retrieved Pota and we bonded like never before. I even took him home with me where he lived for about 5 months. Love you little bro.
